World’s Fair Walking Tour

Queens Museum

  • We will be meeting at 9:15 AM at 2415 Jerusalem Ave.(Route 105), North Bellmore, NY 11710 for caravan/carpool to Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Note: this is the first driveway on the West side of Newbridge Road (Route 106) South of the Southern State Parkway (Exit 25 S)

  • We will be meeting at the Unisphere at 10:45 AM for an 11:00 AM Walking Tour of World’s Fair Sites. (This is a free docent tour)

  • We will then be touring the Queens Museum which has a World’s Fair Memorabilia Exhibit and the Diorama from the 1964/1965 World’s Fair. The Cost for the Museum Tour which includes the Museum entrance fee is $10.00 per person. Children 18 and under are free.

  • Then possibly a visit to The Lemon Ice King of Corona!
